Where we have carefully selected high quality accessories, treats, toys, and essentials to keep your pets happy, healthy and stylish. We’re two sisters who live in Germantown and have dogs ourselves and no place to bring them to shop! Whether you are looking for a cozy bed, a fun new toy, or the perfect collar, we’re here to help with friendly advice and top-notch products.  The shops name comes from the fact that all of the dogs in our family’s names have started with the letter R; Ryder, Rylee,  Roscoe, Remmington, Rogan,  and the most recent addition Rex.We can’t wait to meet our neighbors and their little ones!!! Stop in and say hi this weekend!

🐾 R Dog Shop Nashville – Return & Exchange Policy 🐾

We want you and your pup to be thrilled with every purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Return Window:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Condition of Items:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened food or treats
  • Chewed or worn toys
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance merchandise

Return Process:

  • Bring your item in-store or contact us to start a return.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • Once approved, you can choose an exchange or store credit.


Store Credit:

Credits do not expire and can be used online or in-store.
